Jane is passionate about helping small law firms work towards a more productive, profitable, and less stressful practice. Having worked in the legal field for her entire career, Jane has a strong affinity with small law firms and the crucial role they play in the communities they serve.

Jane also understands how the right technology can help small law firms achieve better outcomes for their clients and their bottom-line.

Andrea combines her practical experience of building and leading technology businesses along with a coaching perspective in her work with organisations. She now helps leaders and their teams as they work to adapt, survive and thrive in times of economic and global uncertainty. Whether she’s acting as a non-executive director, an executive coach or a strategic advisor, she applies a blend of practical, coaching and systems-psychodynamic lenses to help leaders resolve the complex challenges facing them.

Her work encompasses Boards, c-Suite leaders, business owners and their teams, especially in support of individual progression, senior role transition and organisational change. She is an INSEAD alumni and a member of Group Relations Australia.
