The 2024 WRK+ Best Places to Work list is the result of a 10-month study measuring almost 50,000 Australian employees from 120 organisations to determine the companies dedicated to building a great workplace and leading the charge. Receiving this accolade reinforces our belief that when we prioritise our team's wellbeing and build strong, interconnected communities, we create a thriving, impactful place to work.
Our purpose extends beyond just delivering exceptional products; it's about nurturing the Smokeball community, the legal community, and the local communities our team members live in. Smokeball is all in on supporting our team members’ mental and physical health with comprehensive wellbeing programs and allowances, recognition initiatives, and supportive policies.
